Rosenberg bill to
kill initiative process
gets "unfavorable" report from committee
Great news! State Sen. Stanley
Rosenberg's proposed constitutional amendment to kill the initiative
petition process received an unfavorable report from the Election Laws
Committee. It can only be brought up for discussion at the Legislature's
constitutional convention if one branch passes, by majority vote, a
motion for consideration. This seems unlikely.
