Congratulations one and all!

The state Ballot Law Commission has just returned its verdict.

Out of the over-4,000 signatures that the Massachusetts teacher terrorists initially challenged, after dragging in half the city and town clerks and terrorizing elderly voters across the commonwealth, after it spent hundreds of thousands of dollars of its union members’ dues and tying both them and us up in knots for weeks—the Massachusetts Teachers Association and the Tax Equity Alliance of Massachusetts were able to cut down our total by only 437 signatures; we are now 356 certified signatures below the requisite 64,928 !!!

We will file on Monday with Suffolk Superior Court under the "McCarthy" ruling, which will force the Secretary of State to deliver our petition to the Clerk of the House. Then we’ll begin our challenge before the court to pick up the 357-plus signatures we need to re-qualify our petition—out of the 1,500 good signatures we’ve *already* found, and those we’re still looking for, of registered voters that some clerks and registrars erroneously failed to certify!

Hey teachers—it’s spelled F-R-I-V-O-L-O-U-S . . . and we told you so!
