President Bush and Uncle Sam are about to mail out income tax rebate checks.

Some people say they don't need the money -- it would be better spent by government.

Last year -- during the state income tax rollback campaign -- we heard the same argument.

Citizens for Limited Taxation has a simple solution to this ageless conflict.

If you don't need or want tax relief -- don't take it.

Just sign your federal tax rebate check and return it to the IRS.

On the state level, call your legislators and tell them to support our voluntary tax check-off. If it's adopted, you can keep paying the old, higher rate to the state!

We'll have our tax cut, yet you won't be forced to accept tax relief that you don't need or want.

The House has put the voluntary tax check-off in its budget.

The state Senate is about to vote on it.

Tell them you support taxation choice.
