For Immediate
Release

Chip Ford, Executive Director
Friends, supporters, and past opponents of the late Barbara Anderson
will gather on Sunday, June 5th, at Lombardo’s in Randolph beginning at
3:00 PM for a Celebration of Life remembrance of her life, her
contributions, and her accomplishments.
Barbara Anderson, 73, passed away on
April 8th of Leukemia.
It
was her decision that she wanted no wake or funeral service upon her
passing. But at the urging of many we decided that a celebration of her
life after an appropriate period would not offend her final wishes.
A
video presentation from a selection of Barbara’s career public
appearances will be played along with a number of personal remembrances.
Some of the speakers who will recall their time with Barbara over the
decades include Jim Braude and Margery Eagan, Howie Carr,
Avi Nelson, and Bob Katzen.
Attendance is by invitation/reservation.
