Sunday morning, just past 11 am, on WCVB’s "On The
Record," Gov. Patrick was asked about the state per capita tax burden,
and told that Citizens for Limited Taxation says it is 4th highest in
the nation. He said this was wrong. No, it is not – Gov.
Patrick is wrong:
